At times I had to just put my novel in my lap, close my eyes, and point my face into the bright sun and absorb it all. It felt like the winter was just melting out of me... And I was happy.
Beginnings of Spring:
The weather has been alternating between gloomy and spectacular for a couple of weeks now here in Georgia. Today, though, was a perfect 75 degrees without a cloud in the sky... I spent the afternoon at Piedmont Park here in Atlanta with a blanket, a book, and my favorite companion.
At times I had to just put my novel in my lap, close my eyes, and point my face into the bright sun and absorb it all. It felt like the winter was just melting out of me... And I was happy.
