Forecast:

Like many friends have been prior to their wedding date, I was elated to finally see the beginnings of our trip on a 10-day forecast! Once one knows temperatures and other weather factors, hypothetical packing can truly begin, right? Right. This is what we're looking at for Barcelona currently:

And this is what we can look forward to upon our arrival to Nice and the Riviera:

Rain. 60% chances they are saying. My heart begins to sink at the thought of it. (I suppose that I will be packing my rain coat after all.) A few gloomy days will be fine with me, so long as our entire trip isn't plagued by dreariness. That might be cause for tears. And I would be lying if I said that I won't be incessantly monitoring the forecast from here until our departure date. (Which, ahem, is in seven days! Ah!)

Her photographs make my heart just burst and billow over in pure jubilation for our journey!
